We can ship to almost any address in Australia and offer free delivery for rug orders over $250.00 to metropolitan orders with one of our courier partners, We normally process all orders and dispatch them within two to three working days. We can sometimes experience delays during peak season due to a higher volume of orders. Please note if an order is cancelled whilst, in transit with the courier company, we will need the rug returned to us before we process any refund. If a rug sometimes becomes unavailable due to being out of stock, we can place the rug on backorder if the customer wishes to do so. If this is the case, we provide the customer with an estimated time of arrival which may also be subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control. If this happens and the customer no longer wants to wait for the rug, we are more than happy to provide a full refund. 

Please note, obviously due to size and courier services, we cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME AFTER PROCESSING & DISPATCH

Deliveries will vary from 2 to 14 working days depending on the location. After an order is placed, it generally takes 1-3 days to process your order, the estimated time frames below do not take this processing time into account. They are a guide on the timeframe a delivery will take after it has been picked up by our courier.

• Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne metro areas: 3-4 working days^
• Adelaide metro areas: 5-8 working days^
• Perth metro areas: 6-10 working days^
• ACT, Regional NSW, VIC, and QLD: 5-6 working days^
• TAS, Regional SA, WA, and NT: 10-14 working days^

 

Country and remote locations

Lifestyle Rugs wants to help out our country customers as much as humanly possible, if you are outside the Metropolitan area we will get a quote for the delivery then we will discount some of the charges for country customers so as to match the discounted delivery we offer in Metro areas and try and make it as affordable as possible, we love the country and we want to help you.  If you are not happy with the quotes provided, Lifestyle Rugs will be more than happy to refund your order in full.
